рыба

Ingredients:
1 kg salmon fillet (with skin)
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp dry white wine
30–35 g butter (about 2 tbsp)
1 tsp sugar
More Specij Fish Seasoning, to taste
Salt, to taste
1/2 lemon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the salmon fillet under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels. Lightly grease a baking dish with oil and place the salmon fillet in it, skin side down.

  4. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Place slices of butter on top of the salmon. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes, or until the skin is golden and crispy.
  6. Once baked, garnish the salmon with lemon slices and fresh basil leaves for a burst of flavour. Serve hot and enjoy!
