Potato Casserole with Chicken Fillet

Ingredients:
0.5 kg potatoes
0.5 kg chicken fillet
200 g mayonnaise
2 tbsp vegetable oil
200 g sour cream
100 g hard cheese
1 egg
Dill, to taste
1 tbsp More Specij Potato Seasoning

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, egg, potato seasoning, and finely chopped dill. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into small bite-sized pieces. Toss the chicken with some seasoning and the vegetable oil until evenly coated. Spread the chicken in a single, even layer on the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  3. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin, round slices. Layer the potato slices evenly over the chicken in the baking dish.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180-200°C. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 40-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the chicken is cooked through.
  5. About 10 minutes before the casserole is finished baking, sprinkle the grated cheese over the top. Continue baking until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
