Chicken Hearts

Ingredients:
400 g chicken hearts
1 onion
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 carrots
1 tbsp red paprika flakes
1 tbsp More Specij Chicken Seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the chicken hearts until browned. Add enough water to just cover the hearts. Stir in the paprika flakes and chicken seasoning. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
  2. Chop the onion and carrots, then add them to the pan with the hearts. Stir well and continue simmering for another 25 minutes until the hearts are tender.
  3. Serve the chicken hearts as a main dish or with your preferred side dish.
