Chicken Hearts
Ingredients:
400 g chicken hearts
1 onion
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 carrots
1 tbsp red paprika flakes
1 tbsp More Specij Chicken Seasoning
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the chicken hearts until browned. Add enough water to just cover the hearts. Stir in the paprika flakes and chicken seasoning. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Chop the onion and carrots, then add them to the pan with the hearts. Stir well and continue simmering for another 25 minutes until the hearts are tender.
- Serve the chicken hearts as a main dish or with your preferred side dish.
