Biscotti with Nutmeg and Cinnamon
Ingredients:
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
400 g butter
1 kg flour
2 g vanillin
0.5 tsp baking soda (slaked with vinegar)
2 tsp nutmeg
4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cognac
2 tbsp poppy seeds
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix eggs with sugar, then add softened butter, baking soda, flour, vanillin, nutmeg, cinnamon, poppy seeds, and cognac. Knead into a thick dough.
- Roll out the dough to 1 cm thickness and cut into shapes.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
