Meat Roll with Spices

Ingredients:
2 tbsp More Specij BBQ & Grill Seasoning
400 g beef or pork
3 tbsp olive oil
6 cloves garlic

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the beef or pork thoroughly and pat it dry with paper towels. Make deep cuts across the surface of the meat.
  2. Slice the garlic cloves in half and insert them into the cuts in the meat.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the barbecue seasoning with olive oil to create a paste. Rub this mixture over the entire surface of the meat, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  4. Tie the meat roll with baking thread to keep its shape. Wrap the roll tightly in aluminium foil. Place the wrapped meat in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 1 hour.
  5. After 1 hour, remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 220°C. Bake for another 10 minutes to create a crispy exterior.
  6. Remove the meat from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, and slice it into thin steaks. Serve with grilled vegetables or your favourite side dish.
