Meat Roll with Spices

Ingredients:
2 tbsp More Specij BBQ & Grill Seasoning
400 g beef or pork
3 tbsp olive oil
6 cloves garlic
Instructions:
- Rinse the beef or pork thoroughly and pat it dry with paper towels. Make deep cuts across the surface of the meat.
- Slice the garlic cloves in half and insert them into the cuts in the meat.
- In a small bowl, mix the barbecue seasoning with olive oil to create a paste. Rub this mixture over the entire surface of the meat, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Tie the meat roll with baking thread to keep its shape. Wrap the roll tightly in aluminium foil. Place the wrapped meat in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 220°C. Bake for another 10 minutes to create a crispy exterior.
- Remove the meat from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, and slice it into thin steaks. Serve with grilled vegetables or your favourite side dish.
