Grilled Meat in the Oven

Ingredients:
1 lemon
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 kg pork
2-3 cloves garlic
More Specij BBQ & Grill Seasoning (to taste)
Instructions:
- Cut the pork into portion-sized pieces. In a large bowl, sprinkle each piece of meat with the grilling and barbecue seasoning. Place a thin slice of lemon on top of each piece, drizzle with vegetable oil, and add minced garlic. Toss the meat well in the bowl to coat evenly, cover with cling film, and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to its maximum temperature (around 250°C), and set it to grill mode. Place a baking tray on the bottom rack to catch any drippings from the meat.
- Place the marinated pork pieces on a grill grate positioned above the baking tray. Sprinkle the meat with salt to taste. Grill the meat for about 12-16 minutes until the first side is nicely browned. Turn the pieces over and grill for another 10-12 minutes until the other side is also browned and the meat is cooked through.
