German Potato Salad

Ingredients:
500 g potatoes
3 eggs
200 g pickled cucumbers
5 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tsp (granulated garlic + salt)
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp More Specij Potato Seasoning
0.2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Bake the potatoes with their skins on, either in the oven or the microwave. Once cooked, let the potatoes cool, then peel them.
  2. Cut the cooled potatoes into small cubes. Trim the ends off the pickled cucumbers, then slice them into thin, small pieces. Peel and cube the hard-boiled eggs.
  3. Add the potatoes, pickled cucumbers, and eggs to a large bowl. Sprinkle in the granulated garlic, dried dill, dried parsley, potato seasoning, and ground black pepper.
  4. Stir in the light mayonnaise (you can also use homemade mayonnaise if preferred). Mix everything thoroughly to combine.
  5. Place the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavours to meld.
  6. Once chilled, the German potato salad is ready to serve.
