German Potato Salad
Ingredients:
500 g potatoes
3 eggs
200 g pickled cucumbers
5 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tsp (granulated garlic + salt)
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp More Specij Potato Seasoning
0.2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Bake the potatoes with their skins on, either in the oven or the microwave. Once cooked, let the potatoes cool, then peel them.
- Cut the cooled potatoes into small cubes. Trim the ends off the pickled cucumbers, then slice them into thin, small pieces. Peel and cube the hard-boiled eggs.
- Add the potatoes, pickled cucumbers, and eggs to a large bowl. Sprinkle in the granulated garlic, dried dill, dried parsley, potato seasoning, and ground black pepper.
- Stir in the light mayonnaise (you can also use homemade mayonnaise if preferred). Mix everything thoroughly to combine.
- Place the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavours to meld.
- Once chilled, the German potato salad is ready to serve.
