Potatoes with Bacon

Ingredients:
600 g potatoes
200 g sliced bacon
1 tsp More Specij Potato Seasoning
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp curry seasoning
1 tsp five pepper blend
2 cloves garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the potatoes into slices and place them in a baking dish. Slice the bacon and add it to the potatoes.
  2. Sprinkle the potato seasoning, dried basil, curry powder, and five pepper blend over the potatoes and bacon. Mix everything well to coat the potatoes and bacon evenly.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and cooked through.
  4. About 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add the minced or pressed garlic to the dish and stir.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
