Fish in the Oven with Vegetables

Ingredients:
2 kg of fish fillets
1 tbsp More Specij Fish Seasoning
2 onions
2 tomatoes
2 bell peppers
3 chicken eggs
3 tbsp of flour
100 g of hard cheese

Instructions:

  1. Defrost and rinse the fish fillets, then cut into medium-sized pieces. Season with salt and fish seasoning.
  2. Beat the eggs with flour to create a batter.
  3. Dip each fish piece into the batter and fry for 1 minute on each side.
  4. Place the fried fillets on a foil-covered baking sheet.
  5. Slice the onions into half rings and layer them over the fillets.
  6. Slice the bell peppers and tomatoes, and layer them over the onions.
  7. Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with lemon juice.
  8. Grate the cheese on top and bake at 250°C for about 25 minutes until golden.
