Fish in the Oven with Vegetables
Ingredients:
2 kg of fish fillets
1 tbsp More Specij Fish Seasoning
2 onions
2 tomatoes
2 bell peppers
3 chicken eggs
3 tbsp of flour
100 g of hard cheese
Instructions:
- Defrost and rinse the fish fillets, then cut into medium-sized pieces. Season with salt and fish seasoning.
- Beat the eggs with flour to create a batter.
- Dip each fish piece into the batter and fry for 1 minute on each side.
- Place the fried fillets on a foil-covered baking sheet.
- Slice the onions into half rings and layer them over the fillets.
- Slice the bell peppers and tomatoes, and layer them over the onions.
- Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Grate the cheese on top and bake at 250°C for about 25 minutes until golden.
