Colourful Kebabs

Ingredients:
1 kg meat
3 onions
2-3 bell peppers (yellow and red)
1 zucchini
Juice of 1 lemon
More Specij Shish Kebab Seasoning, to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the meat into 30-40 g pieces. Place the meat in an enamelled dish and add the sliced onions, kebab seasoning, and lemon juice. Mix everything well and let it marinate for 4-6 hours in a cool place.
- Wash the bell peppers and zucchini. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut both the peppers and zucchini into slices.
- Thread the marinated meat onto skewers, alternating with slices of bell peppers and zucchini.
- Grill the kebabs over hot coals, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through.
- Serve the colourful kebabs with fresh herbs and salad.
