Colourful Kebabs

Ingredients:
1 kg meat
3 onions
2-3 bell peppers (yellow and red)
1 zucchini
Juice of 1 lemon
More Specij Shish Kebab Seasoning, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cut the meat into 30-40 g pieces. Place the meat in an enamelled dish and add the sliced onions, kebab seasoning, and lemon juice. Mix everything well and let it marinate for 4-6 hours in a cool place.
  2. Wash the bell peppers and zucchini. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut both the peppers and zucchini into slices.
  3. Thread the marinated meat onto skewers, alternating with slices of bell peppers and zucchini.
  4. Grill the kebabs over hot coals, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through.
  5. Serve the colourful kebabs with fresh herbs and salad.
