Grilled Trout

Ingredients:
500-600 g of trout fillet
2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil (preferably olive oil)
1-2 heads of garlic
1 sprig of rosemary
1 tbsp More Specij Fish Seasoning
Instructions:
- Make 3 oblique cuts on the trout fillet.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and fish seasoning, and rub the garlic all over the fish.
- Place a sprig of rosemary inside the fish and rub it thoroughly into the cuts.
- Let the fish marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill, brush it with oil, and grill the trout on both sides until done.
