Grilled Trout

Ingredients:
500-600 g of trout fillet
2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil (preferably olive oil)
1-2 heads of garlic
1 sprig of rosemary
1 tbsp More Specij Fish Seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Make 3 oblique cuts on the trout fillet.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and fish seasoning, and rub the garlic all over the fish.
  3. Place a sprig of rosemary inside the fish and rub it thoroughly into the cuts.
  4. Let the fish marinate for 15 minutes.
  5. Preheat the grill, brush it with oil, and grill the trout on both sides until done.
