Tuscan-Style Kebabs

Ingredients:
4 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp More Specij Shish Kebab Seasoning with Coriander and Paprika
2 cloves garlic
500 g pork tenderloin with fat
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon zest, salt, kebab seasoning, and minced garlic.
  2. Add the pork pieces to the marinade and stir to coat evenly. Let the meat marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
  3. Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium heat. Thread the marinated pork pieces onto skewers, alternating with chunks of red and green bell peppers.
  4. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is fully cooked and the peppers are tender.
  5. Remove from the grill and serve immediately. Enjoy!
