Tuscan-Style Kebabs

Ingredients:
4 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp More Specij Shish Kebab Seasoning with Coriander and Paprika
2 cloves garlic
500 g pork tenderloin with fat
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon zest, salt, kebab seasoning, and minced garlic.
- Add the pork pieces to the marinade and stir to coat evenly. Let the meat marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
- Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium heat. Thread the marinated pork pieces onto skewers, alternating with chunks of red and green bell peppers.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is fully cooked and the peppers are tender.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately. Enjoy!
